IHC (interhouse competition) sports are here. so exciting. BW is going to own everything! xD yihui and i have devised a foolproof plan for BW to be champions at the end of IHC, right? the plan is that... we'll take part in everything ourselves! xDxD with some contributions from the rest of our very enthu og, we shall make a clean sweep of all the trophies yay. and we already counted, for more than half of the competitions BW SURE WIN. haha.Today aurelia and i went to support IHC soccer, and for every game BW played (both the guys team and girls team) while the both of us were there cheering, we won! haha. dont know how BW fared after we left, but i'm sure we did well =)
And fire drill in the morning was quite a torture. it was towards the end of our PE block so we were one of the first classes on the field under the disgusting scorching sun. and to make it worse, while i was trying to hide behind tall people shadows this xinyi purposely came to make my life difficult, trying to push me off. thank goodness i have good balancing skills lol.
oh i got new funny jokes. come and ask me if you have a good sense of humour and need a good laugh.
was talking to joey on the bus home the other day, and it suddenly hit me that i'm seventeen years old =\ that's pretty old already, isn't it. i cant believe i'm actually in JC. sure doesnt feel like it. i suspect i became stagnant at age 12 and didnt quite grow up after that. that's why when i see other people who are seventeen i think 'oh so old already'. ohdear i hope i won't be thinking this way still when i'm a creakyboned seventy year old, knitting in my rocking chair in my future palace.

hm on saturday i had some family friends dinner party at my house so i made tiramisu.. impressive, right. if anyone wants to take lessons from me, just ask! xD then sunday was my cousin's wedding. ah i love weddings, so heartwarming =)
yay i've (kindof, indirectly) influenced ginseng to watch one litre of tears! haha it's really the most touching show i've watched. i know i shed most of my tears watching shows, but this one really lives up to its title. heh. anyway jess and i are going to write in to u-weekly and ask them to show it on channel u. instead of some condor heroes that's so boring.. and the yangguo isnt even yangguo-worthy.
school's back to normal, (except that all the ponnings havent started, which is good) and all the results are coming back -.- all the best to everybody! CTs have been such a rude wakeup call for me ><

hooray end of cts congrats everybody! BUT next week got school again, and worse still got ct results. sometimes i prefer having exams then normal school though. more exciting.today after cts i had lunch with some of my class at food junction in where else but J8 -.- and i had the worst lunch in the world. it was even worse than eating at the columbarium behind school. i got this fish hor fun that smelt like a cross between a damp filthy rag and sweat. if you're squirming in your seat thinking how gross that is, imagine how i felt after paying $4, expecting a good meal to satisfy my rumbling stomach, and ending up with that thing right under my nose instead. yucks.
then i went to watch 'the girl who leapt through time' with shaway and cindy and their ex-class at cine. ah such a sweet movie! lol the girl and her friends were at kbox, so each time, 5 minutes before their time was up she'll go back in time and in the end she sang for 10 hours xD ok the end of the movie got a little overloaded but i liked it anyway =) next will be harry potter movie, then harry potter last book and hairspray in august. i'm trying to reread the fifth book before the movie is out and the sixth before the last book is out so i'm kind of reading both at the same time xD so cool arh
THEN, ON MY WAY HOME, (actually before i made my way home), i did the STUPIDEST thing i'd ever done in my life. i dont know how i did it, really. =S anyway i was walking to the busstop behind cine to take 174 home. i saw 174 at the busstop before mine so i assumed it would reach mine very soon. i was at the same time eating a burger. then a bus came to my busstop and i was some distance away so i panicked, ran up and got on. i must have been daydreaming, cause sometime later i realised that the bus was in some unfamiliar place. yeah i turned around and the back of the bus said '123' ><

this is really funny. to cheer myself up, and anyone who had bad exams. smartiepants not allowed to watch!
WAHPIANGGGGGGGGGZ.
ARGHH chem ct was so dreadful (for me). rah. kenasai. pangsai. i wont list out all the stupid mistakes i made that will bring me my 'U' grade next week but it was really a lot. and i didnt exactly find math yesterday a breeze either. boo there isnt really any subject i'm good at =S it feels quite awful just trying to make it past the U or subpass. ah hopefully bio wouldnt be too bad.. that's my last hope so i shall lock myself up in isolation (with bio) for the next two days.

ah i'm taking my erherm well-deserved break from chem energetics and if you're reading this, you must be taking YOUR welldeserved break. so i shall share some useful tips that everyone can use to enhance their mugging:1) At regular intervals, watch my favourite GATSBY AD on youtube, because it has my new husband kimura takuya in it! and it's really very funny. PLUS he spins very well and very fast. xD not everyone can do that xD
2) Keep smelling a particular smell when you're studying or trying to remember something. then during the exam when you cant rmb, just smell it again and it will all come back! my family thinks i look like some drug addict, but IT'S OK because it will bring back my A HOHO.
3) Eat dried orange peel.

i'm 17 years and one day old now, happy birthday to all who are 17th and few days old too =)such a nice birthday week! just that i've been celebrating the whole week so now i have withdrawal, and my bio lesson yesterday pulled me back down to earth with the amount of work i realised i still have to do><
anyway thank you everybody for presents and birthday wishes! even from the most unexpected people =) knowing that people you wouldnt expect to remember just wish you happy birthday really makes your day! next time i'll send birthday messages to anybody and everybody so everybody will all feel warm and fuzzy on their special dayxD

today i watched ACJC dance concert, and i wouldnt usually say this, but I'M VERY PROUD OF MY SISTER. =D i'm almost as sad that this is her last dance concert. she puts all her heart into what she loves doing and when she dances I THINK SHE'S THE BEST. =D yay.ok holidays are here, and my birthday is coming (so are many people's) but i think i'll miss school anyway.
